Montclair offers a multitude of bookstores, covering all genres for low prices. From comic books to memoirs to novels, there is a place for all of them.
Voted as the best Toy and Hobby Shop for the last three years by readers of Suburban Essex, East Side Mags offers a large selection of comics that continues to grow. With new releases arriving every week, there’s bound to be something for Dad. In addition, as seen with the award, they also sell many other products (which they emphasize on social media with #notjustcomics), including t-shirts, figurines, toys, and other collectibles, cards, and much more.

If Dad is looking for a deeper read, he can find it at the Montclair Book Center. With a large selection of book stands flowing outside of the store, a good read can be found for a good price. Selling both new and used books, a read for dad can be found in almost any genre, ranging from food and sweets to fitness and sports. In addition to books, they also sell puzzles and games, t-shirts, vinyls and CDs, posters, as well as other potential gifts for dad.

For a dad looking to relax with a nice glass of wine or any kind of drink, there are plenty of places to find that perfect beverage. From wine to whiskey, many spots and shops throughout Montclair have a gift for dad.
With a large selection of drinks imported from all around the world, Amanti Vino is a great place to pick up a nice bottle, can, or even a case if Dad is more of a beer guy. If you’re looking to celebrate the day with family, they also offer a selection of champagne. With prices as low as $11.99, it is a great place to pick up Dad’s favorite drink.
